Pepe: Every Costume, Toy and Hidden Pepe in WoW

Pepe is a small orange bird that sits in a tree in your Draenor garrison. Click him and he rides on your head for an hour. Since 2015 Blizzard has hidden Pepes in costumes all over the world: on a rock in Spires of Arak, in a fish tank in Boralus, on a pedestal in Valdrakken. Nothing points to any of them, and every one you click adds a new costume to your collection.

Pepe on your head

In a level 3 garrison, Pepe sits in the first tree on the left as you leave the town hall. Click him for the buff. It drops when you die.

The permanent toy: Trans-Dimensional Bird Whistle

The toy comes from the achievement What A Strange, Interdimensional Trip It's Been: defeat the Warlords of Draenor raid bosses, the Draenor world bosses and the last boss of each Warlords dungeon with Pepe on your head. Progress is account-wide, everything is soloable at max level, and Pepe even stays with you in Timewalking. Once you have the whistle, it summons Pepe anywhere, sometimes in one of the costumes you have found.
