Kor'kron Dark Shaman Armor: The Rarest Shaman Set

Earthbreaker Haromm and Wavebinder Kardris, Garrosh's Kor'kron Dark Shaman, wear one of the best-looking mail sets in the game. Since patch 5.4 shamans can own it too: Kor'kron Shaman's Treasure, a bag with all eight pieces, is a separate roll for shamans only when the two die in Siege of Orgrimmar. It doesn't show in the Appearances tab until you have it.

How to farm it

  • Siege of Orgrimmar: the entrance is in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms (74, 42), underwater since patch 8.3.
  • The Kor'kron Dark Shaman are the seventh boss, at the end of the Gates of Retribution part of the raid. Every max-level character can solo the way there.
  • The Treasure is a personal roll for shamans on Normal, Heroic or Mythic, once per character per week. Bonus rolls don't count.
  • Nobody outside Blizzard knows the exact chance; players put it at about one percent. Bring every shaman you have.

The Black Market

The Black Market Auction House has sold the Treasure since patch 6.0.2. When it shows up, the final price depends on the realm, and often runs into hundreds of thousands of gold.

The Pandaria Remix copies

During Pandaria Remix in 2024, Larah Treebender at the Infinite Bazaar sold three Kor'kron shaman ensembles in silver, bronze and iron tones for 2,500 Bronze each. That ended with the event on 19 August 2024. If you got them then, they stay in your collection.
