Undermine Undershirt: a Coin from Season of Discovery
The Tarnished Undermine Real was the currency of WoW Classic's Season of Discovery. Patch 11.1 hid one in the sewers of Undermine as a small easter egg: trade a piece of cheese to a rat, and the coin buys you a purple shirt.

Step 1: Sewer Cheese
Find the sewer grate just south-west of the entrance to Sidestreet Sluice in the Vatworks (around 33.9, 57.5) and go down. In the sewers, look for a barrel with a slice of Sewer Cheese on it and take it.
Step 2: the Hungry Rat
Bring the cheese to the Hungry Rat at the sewer entrance. In return it hands over a Tarnished Undermine Real.
Step 3: Pix Xizzix
Take the coin upstairs to Pix Xizzix at the Port Authority in Blackwater Marina and trade it for the Undermine Undershirt.
