Lord Godfrey's Old Spectacles: Fishing in Gilneas
Lord Godfrey's spectacles were added to the game files with Cataclysm in 2010 and then forgotten. Thirteen years later, alongside the Gilneas reclamation story of patch 10.2.5, they finally became obtainable: as a catch at the bottom of the waters of Gilneas City.

How to get them
Fish in the waters in and around Gilneas City in the Ruins of Gilneas. You don't need the Gilneas Reclamation questline or Dragon Isles fishing skill. Players reported needing somewhere between 60 and 100 casts.
Lord Godfrey's Old Spectacles is a consumable: use it to add the appearance to your collection.
