Fathom Dweller and Kosumoth the Hungering
The first hidden mount puzzle Blizzard added to modern WoW. A mumbling orc on the Broken Shore, ten glowing orbs hidden in caves and shipwrecks, and finally a world quest against a monster from the deep.

- TypeMount
- ExpansionLegion
The orbs must be clicked in order, but not all in one session. Each orb takes about 50 minutes to respawn after someone uses it. Bring water breathing, such as Draenic Water Breathing Elixirs: two of the orbs are deep underwater. To check your progress:
/run local a={43730,43731,43732,43733,43734,43735,43736,43737,43760,43761}for i,q in ipairs(a)do print(format("Orb %s: %s",i, C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(q) and "\124cFF00FF00Done\124r" or "\124cFFFF0000Not Done\124r")) end
The start: Drak'thul and the Weathered Relic
On the southern shore of the Broken Shore (37.5, 71.6) sits the orc Drak'thul. Talk to him until he runs out of things to say and tells you to leave.

Then find a small cave at 58.6, 54.0. The entrance is framed with bones and lit by a green torch. In the last room, at the base of the right-hand bone of the two straight ahead, is a dirt mound with the Weathered Relic. Take it back to Drak'thul and go through his new dialogue. The orbs are now active for you.

Orb 1: Azsuna (38.0, 37.4)
Push through the bushes under a tree to find a hidden cave. The orb is by the fountain at the back.

Orb 2: Stormheim (32.9, 75.9)
A cave behind a purple-leaved tree on the road between Suramar and Stormheim. The banshee Kangaxx inside hits hard. Sneak past, use crowd control that works on undead, or die and click the orb as a ghost. It's in a bag at the back.

Orb 3: Val'sharah (41.5, 81.2)
A cave hidden between a tree and red flowering bushes. An Arcane Servitor stands by the orb. Interrupt its casts.

Orb 4: Broken Shore, underwater (29.2, 78.6)
This spot is in fatigue water, so fly over it first and only then dive. In the underwater cave, the orb sits under a small tent. Steam vents nearby hit very hard, so move carefully.

Orb 5: Azsuna (59.4, 13.1)
A cave between mana crystals and withered trees. The orb is inside the round dome at the back.

Orb 6: Stormheim, underwater (67.4, 14.7 on the Broken Isles map)
North of Shield's Rest, the cave entrance is right below an impaled great white shark. The orb is on the islet in the middle. Steam vents again.

Orb 7: Highmountain (55.8, 38.5)
Ignore the obvious cave here. The right one is hidden in the bushes beside it. The orb is inside one of the skulls on the wall.

Orb 8: Azsuna (54.0, 26.2)
A cave under a group of trees and bushes. The orb is under the shrubbery at the very back.

Orb 9: Eye of Azshara, under the shipwreck (79.5, 89.3)
The trickiest one. In the outdoor Eye of Azshara, swim into the shipwreck from below, look up and go through the opening, then follow the route through the hull to a cave entrance hidden behind seaweed. The orb is in the water on the right, between stalagmites. Water breathing makes this far less stressful.

Orb 10: back to Drak'thul
The last orb is on the table in Drak'thul's camp. Click it and he thanks you for silencing the whispers in his head. That unlocks the world quest DANGER: Kosumoth the Hungering for your character.

Kosumoth the Hungering
When the world quest is up, kill Kosumoth in the outdoor Eye of Azshara (47.0, 50.1). The quest rewards either the Fathom Dweller or the Hungering Claw battle pet, and it only appears about once every two weeks. Keep an eye on the world quest map. Alts can often just do the world quest without repeating the orbs. If Legion world quests aren't unlocked on your account, you'll first need Friendly with the Dreamweavers, Highmountain Tribe, Court of Farondis, Valarjar and the Wardens.
