Riddler's Mind-Worm: All Eight Pages in Order

Before the Lucid Nightmare there was the Mind-Worm. Eight pages from a book are hidden across Azeroth, and reading them in the right order leads to a void-touched worm in a shipwreck on the Westfall coast.

The riddles were based on the cosmology chart in World of Warcraft: Chronicle Volume 1, and the page numbers start out spelling the book's ISBN. Players cracked the chain on 11 April 2017. Today it's a relaxed tour:

• The pages must be read in exactly this order, and you have to click each one. Standing next to it isn't enough.
• Progress is saved between sessions, so you can spread it over several days.
• Two pages need older phases. For Uldum and the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, talk to Zidormi.

Page 9: Dalaran

In Legion Dalaran, go into the Legerdemain Lounge in the north of the central ring. In the small nook of the first room, next to the only painting, the page sits on the second shelf from the top (48.8, 42.1).

Page 78: Duskwood

In the Twilight Grove (49.2, 34.0), the page lies on a small wooden table in front of a moonwell. Druids can get there fastest through the Emerald Dreamway.

Page 161: Firelands

Take the Mount Hyjal portal and fly to the Firelands entrance on Sulfuron Spire (47.8, 77.7). Clear the raid on any difficulty up to Ragnaros. The page is on the left side of his platform, in front of a lit brazier. On Heroic you can roll for Flametalon of Alysrazor and the Pureblood Fire Hawk on the way.

Page 655: Uldum

Take the Uldum portal and make sure you're in the Cataclysm version of the zone. If not, Zidormi in Ramkahen will switch you. South-east of the Lost City of the Tol'vir, the page lies between two small palm trees near the shore (70.5, 78.0).

Page 845: Siege of Orgrimmar

Through the Jade Forest portal to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. You need the past phase to see the raid entrance: Zidormi stands on the Mogu'shan Palace balcony (72.2, 44.5). Clear up to the fourth boss, the Sha of Pride. The page is in the far left corner of its room, behind the portal to Orgrimmar.

Page 1127: Well of Eternity

Go to the Caverns of Time and take the westernmost dungeon portal at the bottom of the tunnel (24.4, 64.2). Beat the first two bosses, ride the bronze drake to the grassy area with Illidan and Malfurion, and walk toward the steps that lead to the corrupted Well. The page is by a stone-and-gold divider.

Page 2351: Kun-Lai Summit

Outside Shado-Pan Monastery there are two tiger statues. The page is at the foot of the left one (34.6, 50.9).

Page 5555: Uldum again

Back to Cataclysm-era Uldum. East of the Halls of Origination, large statues line a stairway. The first one on the left is a bull holding a gold-and-jade staff, and the page is at its feet (76.4, 53.6).

The reward: Gift of the Mind-Seekers

With all eight pages read, fly to the Westfall coast. The Gift of the Mind-Seekers waits in the wreckage on the shore (30.5, 27.4). Loot it and the Mind-Worm is yours.

If something doesn't work

• No page in Uldum: you're in the Battle for Azeroth phase. Talk to Zidormi.
• No Siege of Orgrimmar entrance: same fix, with Zidormi on the palace balcony.
• Nothing happened at a page: click it. It has to register as read.
• It stopped working after a few pages: you skipped one. Go back to the first unread page in the list above.
