A Most Violent Loa: Waking Filo in Zul'Aman
The kapara of Zul'Aman are harmless, fluffy and protected by a loa who loves them. Midnight hides an achievement for players willing to test exactly how much: kill enough of them and Filo, Loa of Childhood, comes for you himself.

What you have to do
Kill 100 kapara anywhere in Zul'Aman. Both adult Kapara and Kapara Pups count. They are neutral and won't fight back, but a kapara can start casting Capybara's Vow of Vengeance, so kill it quickly before the cast finishes. The only place without any kapara to hunt is the Shrine of Filo itself, where every creature is friendly.

The three warnings
Every 25 kills an emote warns you that something is watching:
- 25 kills: Your actions have caused an eye once closed to open...
- 50 kills: The eye that watches you now glares...
- 75 kills: Rage and darkness swell behind the glare which fixates on you...
On the hundredth kill Filo appears, empowered by the Vow of Vengeance, and the achievement is awarded the moment he shows up. Filo is extremely hard to beat and will very likely kill you straight away. That is the joke: you don't need to win the fight, you only need to make him angry.
Things to know
- Not during a Prey hunt. Filo does not spawn while you are in a Prey hunt, so finish or abandon it first.
- If you want to survive the first seconds of his attack, use an immunity such as Divine Shield.
- After the quest A Quiet Walk Interrupted, a calmer Filo can be found relaxing in the pools at his shrine with the kapara. That version is friendly and is not part of this achievement.
