Waycrest Manor: The Secret Organ Concert

At the end of a BlizzCon 2018 panel about sound, Blizzard's audio team hinted that Lady Waycrest had "offered tribute" and that a musical surprise was waiting. Within a day the Secret Finding Discord found it: clean the five tainted pipe organs of Waycrest Manor, clear the dungeon, and the organs in the entrance hall play six tunes from other Blizzard games.

How to start the concert

  1. Enter Waycrest Manor. The secret was tested on Mythic; Normal and Heroic were never confirmed.
  2. Find the five organs giving off blue drust sparks: some are large wall organs, some are small ones next to doorways. Walking up to each one spawns a witch. Kill all five.
  3. Clear the rest of the dungeon, including the last boss, Gorak Tul.
  4. Go back to the Grand Foyer by the entrance and wait a few minutes. The medley starts and keeps looping.

There is no item or achievement. Lady Waycrest's Music Box, the trinket from the Lord and Lady Waycrest fight, has nothing to do with it. The music files are still in the current game data, but we haven't found a player report from 2025 or 2026; if you try it, tell us how it went.
